我國(guó)北方城鎮(zhèn)以燃煤鍋爐采暖為主，農(nóng)村則以燃煤火爐采暖為主。采暖效率低，環(huán)境污染嚴(yán)重，對(duì)近年越發(fā)嚴(yán)重的霧霾貢獻(xiàn)很大。太陽能采暖不僅可以替代部分常規(guī)化石能源，優(yōu)化當(dāng)前嚴(yán)峻的能源結(jié)構(gòu)，從而減少環(huán)境污染；而且，太陽能采暖還可運(yùn)用于缺乏市政熱力供暖的地區(qū)，提高人們的生活水平。“十三五”期間國(guó)家規(guī)劃指出到2020年太陽能供熱、采暖、制冷空調(diào)系統(tǒng)示范項(xiàng)目集熱面積保有量2億平方米；大型區(qū)域供熱站示范項(xiàng)目200座，集熱器面積保有量400萬平方米。可見政府對(duì)發(fā)展太陽能采暖的支持。
為詳細(xì)了解目前國(guó)內(nèi)外太陽能采暖現(xiàn)狀，分析下步國(guó)內(nèi)太陽能采暖發(fā)展方向，國(guó)際銅業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)、國(guó)際金屬太陽能產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟和同濟(jì)大學(xué)機(jī)械與能源工程學(xué)院暖通空調(diào)研究所決定聯(lián)合開展在中國(guó)發(fā)展太陽能區(qū)域供熱可行性研究，給出在中國(guó)發(fā)展太陽能區(qū)域供熱的技術(shù)方案和政策建議。
為讓研究課題更貼近當(dāng)前中國(guó)太陽能采暖現(xiàn)狀，決定廣泛開展太陽能采暖案例征集。投稿案例具體內(nèi)容格式見附件。希望行業(yè)內(nèi)各企業(yè)能夠踴躍參與，積極提供相關(guān)案例，為國(guó)家采暖事業(yè)貢獻(xiàn)自己的一份力，共同保護(hù)我們的生活環(huán)境。
該報(bào)告將發(fā)送國(guó)家政府及地方政府有關(guān)部門，積極爭(zhēng)取相關(guān)政策支持。報(bào)告中所涉及典型性優(yōu)秀案例將會(huì)在國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)論壇會(huì)議中進(jìn)行宣講，對(duì)于國(guó)內(nèi)優(yōu)秀案例，將公布于國(guó)際金屬太陽能產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟網(wǎng)站，同時(shí)通過多種渠道助力宣傳案例工程，樹立行業(yè)標(biāo)桿。
