一封在高鐵上發出的商務郵件

出差途中，我和馮建京的座位挨著，他戴著眼鏡，一言不發，聚精會神地翻看手機，屏幕上除了密密麻麻的英文就是圖紙，我沒有打擾他。IMSIA 李連孝
車廂外的景物以高鐵速度向我們身后退去。
熟悉馮建京的人都知道，他曾有在外企工作的經歷，英文不錯。他有個屬于自己的公司，全稱叫北京溫寧溫控設備有限公司。雖然經過多年發展，但業務范圍只限于“自勵式閥門”的研發和生產，也就是說，他只專注于這類不靠電力和其它外力驅動的溫控元件。當陌生朋友詢問他職業的時候，他總是習慣地回答說，他是做暖通系統防凍和防系統過熱閥門的。
一段時間后，馮建京放下手機，說他剛剛給一個西班牙做生物質鍋爐生意的客戶寫完一封郵件，并把尚未關閉的頁面遞給我看。
I would like to use a valve (is it is possible) for a safety system in one boiler that use wood like combustible. In this type of product is important to use one safety system in order to prevent that the water inside of the boiler boiling. For example, if the pump that move the circuit water stops, and the boiler is working, the water inside reach high temperature, and it could starts to boil.
With Regulus valve, we install the valve in the “hot water” pipe , and if the temperature of boiler water is 90ºC the valve start to open and discharge the hot water to sewer. When water decrease of temperature the valve close again.
客戶的要求大意是：想在木屑鍋爐這樣的系統上安裝一個安全閥。因為使用這種類型的閥門，可以防止鍋爐內的水沸騰（導致過熱），所以閥門對系統安全很重要。例如，循環水泵停止運轉，這時候的鍋爐仍在燃燒，鍋爐內的水將達到高溫，接下來可能會沸騰。
通過調節閥門，將閥門安裝在“熱水”管道上，如果鍋爐水的溫度達到90攝氏度，閥門就會開始打開，并將熱水排放到下水道。當溫度降低時，閥門可再次關閉。
郵件上還有一個元件的模型，并附有水流運行方向的動畫。他向馮建京提出開發要求。

看完馮建京的回復，心頭不禁一熱。
回復內容如下：
Hi Daniel,
We do not have the exact the same valve you requested. But we can understand your requirements.
By my understanding, the valve you sent us has two independent functions:
a) Release the hot water when the water temperature reach the setup point, for example: 97±2°C, and stop releasing the hot water when the water temperature goes down below the setup temperature.
b) Automatic fill boiler with cold water while the hot water is released and stop fill boiler with the cold water while the hot water stop releasing.
Right now, our TRV is for the first function: release the hot water at setup temperature; The boiler can be filled the cold water with a separate automatic filling valve actually.
The automatic filling valve is the device consisting of a pressure reducing valve with compensating seat, check valve(installed in outlet of the valve, optional). And installed generally onto supplying pipe in sealed circulating heating or refrigerating system, it maintains the pressure of the system stable at a set value and prevent water-back flow happening, or automatically fills up water into supplying, device or end user device when pressure differential happens between upstream and downstream.
Is it feasible for you to consider using above two valves separately? If yes, it will not need to have extra investment to make the same valve you gave.

我們目前并沒有你所要求的完全相同的閥門，但理解你的訴求。
據我所知，你說的閥門有兩個獨立的功能：
a）當水溫到達設置溫度時排放熱水，例如：97±2°C，當水溫低于設置溫度時，停止排放。
b）在排放熱水的同時，冷水自動進入鍋爐降溫。當溫度達標時，熱水停止排放，冷水同時停止供應。
目前，我們的TRV閥門具備在設置溫度下排放熱水功能，實際上，給鍋爐自動供冷水的功能可以用一個單獨的自動補水閥門來實現。
自動補水閥是一種由壓力減壓閥組成的裝置，帶有補償閥座、止回閥（安裝在閥門的出口處，可選）。一般安裝在密封循環加熱或制冷系統的管道上，保持系統穩定在固定值上，防止水回流發生，或在上游和下游產生壓力差時自動補水。
你是否可以考慮分別使用以上兩個閥門來解決？如果可以，將不需要制造出你所提供的完全相同的閥門并可減少額外投資。

這封郵件是在充分理解客戶訴求的基礎上回復的，也就是說把客戶要求的一體閥門分解開來，在水泵停止工作狀態下，利用閥門自動調節水溫的作用同樣達到降溫并保護木屑鍋爐安全的目的，是有效幫助用戶解決實際問題的參考方案。另一方面，還為用戶節省了投資。是不是很暖心呢？
本來，這是一個企業內部商業往來的郵件，可是考慮到當下煤改市場中，不少企業都推廣了電鍋爐或者燃氣鍋爐，其產品（系統）都應該做到有效的過熱保護，安全大事應當擺在首要地位。征得馮總同意，把原文和示意圖公開，為大家提個醒。
